Hi! I'm Alex!
I help people who feel stuck, burnt out, or disconnected from their true selves to gain clarity, build confidence, and take meaningful steps toward living the life they truly desire.
Making changes on your own can feel overwhelming—you’re juggling doubts, responsibilities, and the fear of getting it wrong. That’s where I come in. As your coach, I’ll be your partner in accountability and inspiration, helping you move forward with clarity and purpose.
With over 30 years of experience in leadership, nonprofit work, and personal development, I’ve mastered the art of transforming challenges into opportunities. Whether leading complex productions as a stage manager or building relationships and securing transformational funding in the nonprofit sector, my focus has always been on empowering others to achieve their goals.

Now, I bring that expertise to life coaching. My approach blends practical action with mindful reflection, helping clients trust themselves, set meaningful goals, and take action that aligns with who they truly are. Because when you do that, everything changes—your relationships, your confidence, and the way you show up in the world.

I’ve been where you are—questioning what’s next, feeling the weight of expectations, and wondering if there’s more to life. I’ve learned that with the right support, you can let go of limiting beliefs, uncover your authentic self, and build a life that feels like yours.

Are you ready to take that first step toward renewing your vision for your life? Let’s work together to rediscover your vision and make it a reality.

What are some of the things that make me me?

  • I love to travel and explore the world!
  • At home, I’m an animal lover with two quirky cats—one who’s so friendly she plays fetch like a dog and another so skittish she hides when the ice drops in the freezer.
  • My greatest pride and joy are my two sons, Ben and Zac. One lives nearby in Massachusetts, and the other is all the way across the country in Los Angeles.
  • Every Sunday morning, you’ll find me hiking the Berkshire Mountains with friends—a favorite tradition that keeps me grounded and connected to nature.
  • I’m also a pretty good cook, always challenging myself to create recipes that are both delicious and meet a variety of dietary needs.
  • When I’m not hiking or cooking, I dabble in gardening, knitting, and reading. I also enjoy watercolor painting and am excited to integrate art into my coaching work.

Happy Client Experiences
Alex has been a really helpful presence in my life as a coach! Her energy is always calm and she has a wisdom about her that is evident in the types of intentional questions she asks to help me uncover what is hidden beneath the surface. I like the way we begin with a grounding/short meditation in the beginning as it really sets the tone for the rest of the session. She is always willing to meet me wherever my mindset is, non-judgmentally, and reflects patterns back to me that I might not have recognized otherwise. She is very knowledgeable and well-connected with community resources as well.

Alex has a genuine passion for connecting with people and getting to know them on a deeper level. She creates an inviting and comfortable atmosphere: Her approachable nature and warmth encouraged me to truly be myself and examine what was truly getting in my way. She helped me move past that and make real progress toward my goals. I’m grateful for all I have gained from working with her!
