But I was doing it all alone, and something was missing.
Then, as if by divine timing—or maybe just algorithms—an ad for Deepak Chopra’s Life Coaching course appeared. At first, I wasn’t sure if I could justify the cost. Then someone said, “Alex, you’re worth it.” That simple statement moved me to tears, and I took the leap.
The 21-week program was transformative. With the guidance of mentors during the training, I gained tools to uncover my purpose and reconnect with my authentic self. The real game-changer was when I hired my own coach—her support holding me accountable, offering new perspectives, and helping me dig deeper than I ever could have on my own.
That support gave me the confidence to trust my intuition, accept all parts of myself—even the messy ones—and approach challenges with greater peace and clarity. My relationships transformed too. I became more present with my family, better able to separate emotions from the stories we tell ourselves, and more grounded in who I am. And I realized: I’ve got help others do the same.
Now, I’ve channeled all of my experiences into something I’m truly passionate about: my coaching business, Renewed Vision Life Coaching. I help people who feel stuck, doubtful, or anxious and want to feel empowered, confident, and connected to their true selves. They just need a partner. Is that you?
Through coaching, I help clients improve their relationships—not just with others but with themselves. Because when you trust yourself, set meaningful goals, and take action that aligns with who you truly are, everything changes. That’s the life I’ve built for myself, and it’s the life I want to help others create too.

What are some of the things that make me me?
-
I love to travel and explore the world!
-
At home, I’m an animal lover with two quirky cats—one who’s so friendly she plays fetch like a dog and another so skittish she hides when the ice drops in the freezer.
-
My greatest pride and joy are my two sons, Ben and Zac. One lives nearby in Massachusetts, and the other is all the way across the country in Los Angeles.
-
Every Sunday morning, you’ll find me hiking the Berkshire Mountains with friends—a favorite tradition that keeps me grounded and connected to nature.
-
I’m also a pretty good cook, always challenging myself to create recipes that are both delicious and meet a variety of dietary needs.
-
When I’m not hiking or cooking, I dabble in gardening, knitting, and reading. (My book group dissolved during the pandemic, and I’m ready to join a new one!) I also enjoy watercolor painting and am excited to integrate art into my coaching work.
